Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

In queens probate death during divorce w/prenup. had to come in as creditor.large estate.deceased brother is executor and being difficult.just caught forging brothers name on many dca lic and doc in florida. just put petition for removal hoping did right thing. hoping this will end this litigation
