Rights of blood relative of deceased
What are the rights of closest of kin if not named in will. Brother died had personal belongings of parents some promised earlier to sister but never given. DOES SISTER HAVE RIGHT TO SEE HOUSE AND ITS CONTENTS

A sister does not necessarily have rights to see house and contents.
Have you seen will?
Generally a gift has to be completed while a party is alive for the gift to be recognized by the court.
