Is it possible that somebody can change the Will of our Employer after his death? We are included on his will and this is the question in our mind that's bothering us.... Thank you very much...

A will cannot be changed after death (at least not without court approval).

A Will cannot be changed, but a beneficiary can "disclaim" a bequest. This is a form usually available from the Surrogate's Office, or maybe at the Surrogate's web site, that says while I am entitled to something under the Will, I do not want it. If you need more information, contact me directly
