Will and Trust
I am an executor of a trust and am making cash distributions as stated in the will. Do I need to get a signature on an assent and what is that anywhere. Where can I find a sample form for that?

There is no sample form. What you should be doing is opening an estate account with the bank. Cash distributions should be by check.
