Where can I get a free copy of a simple New York will? Where is a website with New York statutes on wills?

You can purchase home kits but I do not recommend it. A Last Will & Testament is a very important legal document that should be drafted and supervised by an attorney. It is a nominal fee in comparision to the issues that may arise from an improperly drafted or executed Will.
