Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

conciliation and proposed decision

I received conciliation papers with issue of period and extent of disability with consultant report to be submitted by employer/carrier. Received proposed decision same day with payments ending before I have drs ok to return to work. I do not have appt with insurance co dr for two more wks. Also sites of injuries from fall are not correct. How do I straighten this out.

Simple. You object to the decision within thirty days of the date of the proposed decision.
