Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
disability benefits.
I have been out of work for 9 months. I am currently in a comp case. I am not receieving any disability. Can I still recieve disability even though it's been 9 months. or Has to much time elapsed.

The answer is "it depends"...
Depends on whether you notified your work or your injury was such that notice would be imputed. You will have to give me much more information before I can answer your question.
