Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

I was hurt on the job and went out on WC.The employer agreeded and I was awarded 550.00 a week.The employer send me to have a MRI and to a IME.Now my doctors orthopedic,chiro,and pain managment say I'm totaly disable.The IME said I can work with all this restrictions.But the employer said they have nothing for me.Ok around June the employer said that they and the union agreeed for me to go to there indepented doctor .And what ever he said I have to do becaue thats whats in the contract.It saids when ever theres a dispute between my doctor and the company they pick a 3rd party doctor.So i went back to work because if I didn't they would fire me.Now there doctor exam me again in Sept, and saids I'm not to work and he take me back out.Now the company calls the doctor and two weeks later he saids I can work.Now mind you my 3 doctors have said I was still 100% disable the whole time.Now I'm told if I go back out with this same injury I will be fired.I was out on WC for 7 months.Now whats going to happen when I can't take the pain and go back out.Pain now is 7-8 with 10 being highest.Low back two bad disc L-4,L-5.
