Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

impairment ratings

Suffered injury at work to neck, back and right shoulder are the impairment ratings combined for all three or can you get settlement for all separate?

neck and back are worthless in among themselves unless you have a PPD, PTD or are pursuing a Section 32 agreement. you can only settle on the right shoulder with a slu. please check out my website at www.kesslerlawyer.com and click on the workers compensation section then click the questions and answers section.
