Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
ins.co.instingIsettle with no med or they wont settle
My insurance co is insiting that if I don't take settlement without med. they will just keep mein court so I will get no major care or equp.that I need.I am 100% perm disabled with hurnated disc through my whole back from a fall just as I was leaving wal mart my second fulltime job.I was also a teaching assistant for five yeas to.Now some days I can't even get dressed on my own.
