Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Question of permanancy,shoulder surgery twice

I have two seperate workers compensation cases for the same shoulder. I have had surgery twice. This has been going on since 2004. I am now up for a hearing regarding question of permanancy. My Doctor has given me a 30% permanent partial disability rating. Will the cases that I have be handled separately or will they lump them together and what kind of settlement could I expect?

It depends. I need more information and need to ask many questions at this is not the usual situation. Do you have an attorney presently handling these cases for you?
