Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

RE: Reply-No defense from attorney at trial at ALL!

I don't see any way to post a reply. To Mr. Kessler, thank you so much for your response to my question. I AM the defendant though. It is the claimant whom I believe isn't being honest. I'm not trying to get any money, just to not have to pay for something I didn't do. I should be defended as I did nothing wrong. I AM the victim here.

Please advise if there's a way to post a reply to an attorney's answer, so I don't ask the same question again. This is such great board. Sorry, if my question wasn't clear, but thanks so much for taking the time to reply.
