Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

toxic exposure

i went through 8 years of toxic reactions from chemicals,a chlorine gas spill.and managments extensive effort to cover up and denie injurys, in court the doctor stated that she was intimadated and prevented by boss to dump claiment. she also stated that employers doctor told her he was paid by employer and denied proper treatment causeing many .many years of harmful treatment, employer covered up accident(no report. and now believe they never intented to help me due to the belief of a corporate life insurance policyon my life that was not disclosed to claiment making him better off dead.($400.000.00) can somebody please help.
