Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

wcb disability

The NY SIF wants to know if my case is amenable to schedule closure. At my upcomming IME they asked these questions; The claimant has injured both scheduled and non scheduled parts of his body. Is there any disability due to the non schedule part of the body? If yes, what is the claiments overall causally related disability? If no, is the scheduled part ready for scheduling? what is the % etc.. They also abbreviated questions such as, ''provide tx recommendations for the back and right arm.....Is clt at mmi for all conditions.......wcb print out ancr=rt shoulder & modified to include low back.....what does this all mean?

The question is too complicated to answer in this forum. If you are concerned consult a compensation attorney.
