Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nigeria
I paid money to a nigerian in London to help me pay my college tuition fee, he refused to pay the money and contacted somebody in Nigeria who scanned me a forged receipt.
What is the best approach to recover my �4000. Thanks

I think this question should have been posted under the United Kingdom rather than Nigeria, but nevertheless If you have evidence of giving him money to pay your tuition fee, then you really have a case. I would suggest that you contact a lawyer in the UK on how best to proceed with this or possibly to send him a strongly worded letter for a refund. The forged receipt in your possession is enough evidence of his intention to defraud you.
