Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nigeria

What Nigerian law addresses trusts?

I am searching for the Nigerian law that discusses the legality of a trust (something similar to a U.S. statute). I have the impression that trusts are legal in Nigeria, but I am unable to locate the specific law to that effect. Thank you.

Re: What Nigerian law addresses trusts?

Laws relating to trust are state laws in Nigeria. As such laws in that regard cannot be found under the Laws of the Federation LFN. For instance in Lagos, see the following laws, Administartion of (estate) law Cap 3 of Laws of Lagos State, Wills Law of Lagos State. thanks
