The will is the testamentary declaration of the dead, this goes to show that whatever is contained in the will devoid of any element that could render it futile, such as issues of signing before witnesses, sanity of the maker at the point its making, issues of undue influence or etc, before the law it is construed as his final testaments.as such its to be respected and upheld.although there are certain instances where will can be contested as to the issues of cutomary law may be where the demised property ranks in relevance, muslim law may b where the testator is a moslem and also where the testator devices his will insuch a way that it divests his dependents interests in the will. However wills can be contested if such is found not be inline with the essentials of a will then it would be subjected to applicable wills law depending on locality.
