I filed for bankruptcy but due to miss communication they dropped me but I refilled my car got repossed

Hopefully you have an attorney as there are steps you have to take in your 2nd chapter 13 case.

I will assume your question is how do I get the car back. That depends on if you took the steps to get the automatic stay extended in your case. You need to consult an attorney
