Legal Question in Bankruptcy in North Carolina

Filed chapter 13 bankruptcy in March 2006. Made all payments on time. Now at time to discharge my attorney said my discharge was denied due to no post bankruptcy financial management training certificate. I went to both classes that I was supposed to go to at United way. United way states their records do not go back far enough to see that I attended the classes. Took the class a second time to get another certificate but, now lawyer wants another $585 in fees to file the same bankruptcy case. Was told if I do not pay theses filing fees for the second time that the creditors can still come after me after paying on this for 4 years What if anything can I do? I do not have $585.
