unpaid invoices
We are trying to be paid for past due invoices by a LLC in NC. They are over 90 days past due and is putting our comapny at serious risk. Is there a NCstate agency that would help us collect? This is not the only subcontrator company not getting paid

Hello. A lawsuit is your most efficients means
of relief. If your servcies were rendered in
NC, you should file a lawsuit in NC. If your services for this NC LLC were rendered in Illinois, you should immediately file suit in Illinois. If you have any more questions, I will
