If it is voted to tape record BOD meetings, do the recordings have to be erased after the hard copy of the minutes are accepted?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. It depends on how the bylaws treat this topic, or how specified by the resolution adopting this procedure. It's probably a good idea to archive the recordings. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
