Can the court give a court date without scheduling it on the calender or giving notice through mail, then issuing a FTA cause you wasnt there?

No, the Court cannot schedule a court date without notice and then punish an individual for not showing. You need to speak to an attorney quickly about your matter. It is unusual for a Court to do this.
