Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina
My husband had an affair with an ex-coworker that he no longer has contact with. I decided to forgive and but not forget the situation. Were still married. I know in the state of NC thers a thing called a Civil Law Suit. Can I file a Civil Law Suit against the women who intentionly had the affair with my husband? PLEASE HELP
