Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina
After my personal injury case is settled with the auto insurance of the driver who caused my car reck, am I able to sue the other driver in a civil suit for the upaid portion of the claim?

Plz give detail how accident happpened.
Without facts i will say only No you cannot claim.
once matter is settled in MACT then you cannot file any other civil recovery suit.
