Videotaping someone's home without permission
I'm a real estate agent. Recently a client videotaped a property that is currently for sale. Is it against the law to videotape the exterior and interior of a property that is for sale?

We don't have an atty licensed in NC, but do you want to tell the buyer that someone has a video record of their house that could be sold to anyone?
