Lemon Laws

I need any info I can get about lemon laws or similar laws concerning the sales of cars in North Carolina, including statute numbers if possible.

there is a Lemon Law for new and leased cars. They basically have to have the car in good condition, and have a "reasonable" number of attempts, but 3 times is presumed reasonable. After which you are entitled to a refund (pro-rated). There are lots of provisions and sub-sections. The North Carolina General Statutes are available on-line at various websites with the statutes. The North Carolina Supreme Court addressed the statute in Taylor v Volvo (1994), and there are subsequent cases.
