Can a credit card company place a judgement on a home that is owned by a husband and wife when only the wife is the one in default of a credit card, not a joint card?

In NC - if the home is owned jointly by husband and wife as tenants by the entirety, the home will not be sold to impact the judgment against the wife. Of course, if circumstances change (liked eath and divorce), the creditor may then be able to move against the property.
