judgement againest me

i have a judgement against me , now

i recived a notice rights to have

exemptions designated. pay money

over to judgment creditor is checked.

i have been sending $25 a month

aggred to in court, our house and car

is in my husbands name only do i

still have to have them exemption

You must fill out your Notice of Rights and file it within 20 days of your receiving it.

You should follow the instructions on the form or get help in filling it out.
