Technically possible but nor realistically. I'd be more concerned about the 65 year old man's mental state if he's willing to pay $100 just for some mere boob action - usually a $20 will do. Unless he's a true dirty old man lying about the $100 and never intended to pay the $100 in the first place just to trick the 22 year old into a free boob shot. Anyhoo, NC does have an indecent exposure law and probably some old public morals / lascivious acts laws still on the books and offering $100 would potentially be aiding and abetting any such crime. But lets face it - boobs are fun and this is 2015, you likely be hard pressed to find a District Attorney willing to prosecute a case like that unless you did it in church on Sunday Christmas morning.
