my 15 year-old nephew stole a phone from the neighborhood pool he is here visiting and got scared after and threw it away. He then told my son and when the person came and asked they both said no, I finally got the truth out of them after law enforcement was called. What should I do and how much trouble are they both in ? I am in North Carolina
