If some one acused u of rape and it not true what shoud u do

If someone else heard the accusation AND it is not true AND the person who said it is solvent (meaning they have money and / or assets) - see an attorney and sue for slander. Maybe next time they will think twice before making false accusations.
Of course, if it is true and they can prove it - you are gonna have a bad day!
