Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I got into an argument with my boyfriend we fought I hit him and he was left with lil marks in his face like scratches I called the police because he had hit me on my back, And i was left with a lilttle pain so i called the ambluce but i was chagered all because my boyfriend had marks In his face and i had no marks on me. I was charge with siample assult and i got arrest for a few Hours. I have court next month about this will this affect me in any way? Will I get arrest again?

It will affect you forever because now you have an arrest record that will never go away even if you are found not guilty. If you are convicted it will affect you even more. The biggest effect will most likely be a significantly diminished ability to get hired for new employment but there are other downsides as well. As far as being arrested again - if you keep assaulting people, the odds of being arrested goes up exponentially. Next time - don't involve the cops in your petty squabbles with a boyfriend unless its a real emergency. As you have seen it can backfire on you!
