can a officer's statement of an alleged verbal confession of drugs uphold in court when there was not a written statement???

Were you subject to Miranda warnings? If not, anything you say can and wil lbe used against you. You must have a criminal attorney if you were charged with a criminal offense. The attorney can seek to suppress any statements by filing a pre-trial suppression motion. I would have to know more details to know if it would be successful.
