Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

ok i need to ask a question let me see if i can get this right with out it being confusing

my on jan 22 2010 was charged with driving while revoked 75 days nc doc time and misdeminer probation violation and got 45 days ncdoc time both ran concurrent he now has a pending charge of probation violation for mis motor vehc violations he goes to court for on march 9th 2010 this was supposed to be ran concurrent with the 45 days sentence of probation violation that he is serving time for now ok so here is the question he was supposed to have been brought to court on feb 8 2010 but they forgot to writ him in so they put him back on court calander for march 9 2010 when he gose to court march 9th he will only have 19 days left on his sentence he is pulling now so when they run that time concurrent he will have 26 days left over hanging ok so can a judge give him time served for doc time he has pulled since on march 9th he will have pulled 46 days and this probation violation is for 45 days and was to run concurrent with the probation violataion he is serving time for has this ever been done and can it be done so that he can still get out of doc on april 1 when he should thank you and sorry if this is confusing in any way
