As long as you moved somewhere in the same county your eligibility should stay the same. Of course, under the EBT program you are not allowed to prepare and eat meals with someone who is not eligible for EBT benefits and not on the application with you. So if you are living with your boyfriend and he is not receiving food stamps with you, then you will have to prepare your meals separately. Also, your case worker will want to know if your boyfriend provides you with any type of monetary support. If he does, that could reduce your benefits. Before you spend the $600 you should contact your case worker to see if anything has changed to modify your benefits.
