Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina

Innocent of DUI

I was charged with DUI, and refusing a breath test. I have aesthma, and under stress I start weezing, none of my attempts registered. I honestly complied with everything they asked me to do. I told them I had aesthma and my witness could bring my breath-a-lyzer, however they only gave me 15 minutes to get a witness, and I lived in a town 20 minutes away. So no witness as well. I wasn't above the legal limit, I had one shot of Jagermeister witch has a very distinctive smell. I could use some legal advise

Re: Innocent of DUI

Hire an attorney. If it was physically impossible for you to blow you should have a doctor's statement to that effect. Did your witness ever show back up with your meds? You reallay seek legal advice and representation for this one.

Good luck
