NC dui expungment?

can a person expunge a DUI in north carolina? if so, can someone who got a DUI in Ohio expunge their record in NC?

you can only get a DWI expunged if it has been dismissed or can be dismissed or your were found NG...there are ways to reopen an old DWI, but you have to hire a lawyer
