I have a grandchild that I wish to never receive any moneys from her father's inheritance from me. Can I do that, and how.Thanks

Only if you do not leave assets outright to your son. If your son receives his inheritance outright, he can do anything he wants with it after that. For significant assets to accomplish what you're talking about you would leave assets in trust for the benefit of your son for his lifetime. Obviously, that becomes complicated and not an option for a modest inheritance. Kindest regards, Dennis Toman
