Re: bigamy?

Your current marriage will be viewed as invalid. She cannot marry while she is married to someone else. This could cause problems later on. i.e. insurance benefits, retirement benefits. There will always be a record that she was divorced on a certain date, yet, married you before the date of divorce. Take no chances. Also, you should be aware that bigamy is a criminal offense. I may have a cheaper solution to outright retaining an attorney at this point in time. If you are interested in obtaining access to legal advice for this and any other issues that may arise without the need to pay out big bucks first, please e-mail me and I will send some info out to you.

Either way, I wish you good luck.
