Annulments are only granted for very limited reasons. They include failure to consumate the marriage, or inability to consumate the marriage. (consumate means to have intercourse) They also include deception about pregnancy, but that is only available after 9 lunar months have passed and no baby is born, assuming that the female lied and told you she was pregnant in order to get you to marry her. There are also void marriages, which means that the marriage is not valid, in spite of the ceremony if the partners are too young, or if one of them is already married. If these are not your circumstances, just physically separate, and file for divorce after 365 days. Good Luck!
