Child Support
If a man that is divorced and paying child support for his children remarries, is his new wife's income used in his obligation to pay child support? Is the new wife also responsible for child support for his kids from a prior marriage?

No. Only the biological parent's income is used to calculate child support. The new wife is not responsibile for paying child support for children from an earlier marriage.
