Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I live in North Carolina. My wife and I are retired state employees with no minor children. We are divorcing. Her gross retirement from the state is 3700 per month and my gross is 4200. is she entitled to alimony of half the difference and likewise is entitled to our difference in social security when we begin to receive these benefits?

Thank you

There is a whole lot that you do not tell me - such as your ages, health, how long the marriage lasted, what other property you have, whether you or your spouse is financially dependent on the other and whether the non-dependent spouse has the abillity to pay, or why the marriage ended. My gut says no, but as answers to these questions could change the advice, you need to discuss this issue with your family law attorney.
