Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I have been married 19 years and my husband is always calling me names i have 3 childern 19,16,11 i have been out of work for a year nothing i do is good enough he is always threating me with stuff he is addicted to pain medication he has been taking since 2005 do to back surgery he broke his leg in august and is still taking the same pain medication he is always mad i have to sleep on the floor or coach. i dont know what to do

If you are willing to leave him then a divorce lawyer can help you. If you are not willing to leave, then the lawyer can perhaps force him to leave. But there is nothing the law can help you with here if you still want to live with him.
