the mother of my child used to let me vist my daughter but would never let me take her for a few days, but as soon as i started paying child support, she no longer answers my calls or texts, what can i do to see my daughter, we where never married and my name is on the birth cert.

The best way to resolve this legally is to attempt to work out a custody agreement / visitation schedule with her. If she won't cooperate, you may need to hire an attorney to assist you. Most Judges take a dim view of a parent withholding visitation without good cause.
