Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
In North Carolina when my son turns 18 and graduates high school will child support automatically stop or do I have to go back to court to stop it.

At that point, who ever is paying child support will no longer be legally obligated to pay child support unless they foolishly agreed to do so in an agreement such as a separation agreement.
