Property purchase during marriage.

If I purchase property while still married is my husband entiltled to a claim on that property?

Re: Property purchase during marriage.

If you purchased the property during marriage with co mingled or martial funds, the answer is yes. However, if you have separated and you purchased the property with separate funds, the property is all yours and he has no claim.
