question of how to start a hearing in n.c. to obtain child visitation
i want to see my son that i just found out about. hes in n.c. and im in ca. i need to know proper way to ask n.c. courts to please hear my case such as how to get a motion filed

You need to contact an attorney in N. C. and commence a court action to obtain a custody and visitation order. Along with the custoy and visitation order there will be an order for the payment of child support. Support will be based on Califonria child support laws.
