what rights do I have

Ive been married for 21 years. I recently found out

that 10 years ago my wife had a two year affair with

another man. This has ruined my life as well as my

relationship with my spouse. Do I have any rights

to do any legal steps towards my spouse and/or her

ex-lover.

There is little that can be done concerning your wife's X-lover of 8 years ago. You can seek a divorce from bed and board based on adultery It may prove difficult to base the divorce on martial misconduct considering the relationship was 8 years ago. However, there is an argument you can make. You can always seek a divorce based on 1 year separation.
