Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My son was court ordered for child support. He is now in the military and I have been making his payments directly to the childs mother via Cashier Checks. How do I get these payments applie to his account since we are not able to log on to the Child Support System. It says his MPI numbers is not correct and I received it from the clerk of court.

Contact Child Support Enforcement and report the payments with receipts and ask for their process in getting them reported in the future
