Likely nothing - at least not from a legal standpoint. Likely the only thing you can do are the things you should have done 5 months ago to prevent further loss of money. Funds in a joint bank account belong to each of you and either of you can legally take out all of the money in a joint account at any given time. You should have taken the steps to have removed yourself from that account 5 months ago. As to the card, if you mean a credit or debit card - you should also have canceled that and had a new one issued - again, 5 months ago. However, it never hurts to consult with a local attorney who can review your situation in detail and lay out any options you may have. Best of luck.
